Baby boy number two is on the way and we are thrilled!
Sometimes I still can’t believe I have one child and now we have another on the way. Life happens so fast. My stepmom Ellen always reminds us to cherish every moment. We had been discussing how we wanted to space out our children and though nobody is ever in 100 percent control of this we decided to let nature take it’s course so our kids would be young at the same time.
This pregnancy has far and away been easier than the last one so far and I”m crossing my fingers that continues. I really feel that with all of the trace minerals I get in my diet now and being in such great shape to start that I am better equipped to handle the process this time.
I stopped training as intensely as I was for the fitness competition and am walking, practicing light yoga and attending challenging group Pilates classes at Pilates Platinum in Venice three mornings a week. Last pregnancy I stopped strength training completely and it was so difficult to get back into shape so I’m trying to keep it up as long as I can.
I’m scared of the upcoming sleep deprivation but I’m so excited to meet my new little guy! Thanks for all of your well wishes. Mama’s of two or more any advice is appreciated!
